Posting fake (public domain), or copyrighted photos...

For a long time it looked like ShereK and Yecta were photographing models, or women who looked like them, with professional-quality camera equipment, perfect lighting, elaborate scenes, etc. I believe that both of them have cameras, and probably access to a woman who would be willing to pose for pictures. I could understand if they had copied ideas for poses and scenes from magazines or internet sites, but to steal the actual photos makes absolutely no sense - in addition to the legal and ethical ramifications involved.

With yecta I'm not sure. Given that *every* picture he posted to the forum came from some website, I think he was bragging and nothing more. The fact he chided others about the quality of photographs they posted to his "artistic" social group speaks to this as well given what I discovered. With ShereK, we can't know either. There weren't any pics posted to forum threads and, like yecta, all album pictures were taken from some other website.

If they actually had photography equipment, then great. There are others up here who also have prosumer (DSLR) photo equipment, myself being one of them. A former forum member is a professional photographer, but at least she turned the photo equipment on herself rather than stealing pics from elsewhere to post up here. Why ShereK and yecta never posted pictures they owned I'll never know, nor do I really care.

in some ways I am very disappointed about ShereK - as his photos were wonderful - but in other ways I am not surprised. I questioned his photos right from the start not because of the quality but because of the lack of anything being the same in his photos - other than possibly the model.

She never wore the same piece of underwear, shoes, posed in the same place etc. Most of us dont have 200 different pairs of bedroom panties and a hundred pairs of heels - and even if we did, there are always favourites!!

And at one point I know he was on here under 3 different names stirring up trouble (and using the other two pseudonyms to praise his own photos - not sure what THAT was for!!).

I am still shocked though - and it goes to show how good your research is ballarke as I searched in the past for ShereKs photos and never found any elsewhere.

How sad to think "camille" was a fantasy - which I guess includes his tale of getting engaged to her

Normally I wont just delete a user but I think this one took the piss a little. But just deleted an old user and his albums for being fake. Now these pic's didnt take much investigation to find out if fake or not. He moron only went had a shit load of my old pics, from long ago, when we both posted. Was claiming the pics was of his misses

Well not fake or copyrighted as such, but this user describes the young woman depicted in his threads as his "Ex Slut" and similar niceties. I therefore strongly suspect that he does not have permission to post them. I'd be much obliged if you'd indulge me and look into this.

If you like what you see, leave a comment. If you don't like what you see, than move on to another thread. I did not start this thread to point fingers at guilty parties; I started this thread to ask certain users to be honest and show some respect to us fellow users, the models, and the PH website. I hate these bastards posting pics just to get wanking material from forfeiting their spouses/gf's/fuck buddies! How can we curb the issue of getting fake fuckers on PH?????????

Hard to say for the people that post unautherised photos, but for the people who like to post pics of other porn sites their is an app/website called Tineye for chrome n Firefox you just add it as an app, right click on the pic and itll search the internet for similar pictures and where they are posted

certainly the one on all fours on the bed is on at least 20 other sites so you may well have seen it before. Question is I guess whether its really "her" and she just posted it lots of places...or whether "she" downloaded it from the net to use here?

Well the profile claims the user is in the UK, but the picture appears to be of a young woman named Becca Manns from Kentucky. Hers is actually a pretty famous case from several years ago, too, making the news. But miss_anal I'm pretty sure is not Becca Manns, and I doubt "she" has ever been to Kentucky (or knows where it is), and has been banned...

And he's got pics for several girls posted to his albums. I'm willing to bet that all of them are, as he said with the most recent, cell phone pictures sent to him, meaning he doesn't own them, and that the girls represented in the pictures have no clue they are here.
