Why am I unable to send private messages? Even if I go to the User CP, it gives me an error message about not having sufficient privileges. My account is activated. Any ideas?

is a private message the same as a vistors message? if not then i don't have a clue how to private message

please help someoneAt the top right hand side of the page you will find a box with your login and private message statistics, there's a link in that box to your private message box or you can access your private messages through the User Control Panel
