having trouble clearing search history any ideas

are you usuing mozilla firefox or internet explorer?
if mozilla go to tools>clear private data>
and tick all the boxes except saved passwords. by doing this you delete search history and cookies, so it should ALL be gone!

thanks not using moz using inter ex most things clear but not all, tried adaware ,no good

IE 7 is Tools\Delete Browsing History.
