We've tried everything we can think of. And the files still will not attach to the post. If anyone can help us out we would really be thankful.

I think that's most likely the case. The attachment window gives you the file size limits for the various file types, along with the maximum resolution. The image must come in below or equal to all limits: filesize, length, and width. For example, if you are uploading a 700x400 JPEG file that is 600K in size, it won't allow it because the filesize is too large.

read the help thread (2nd sticky from the top) just to double check that you're doing everything correctly. then try attaching a smaller file...say...50K...and if that works then its most likely file size.

u could try emailing them to someone like a mod and seeing if they could post them for u???

u could try emailing them to someone like a mod and seeing if they could post them for u???there is another clever idea. the mod would have to log on as not a mod though to test properly. in any event the mod could tell if the file is the issue or not
