really need some help

we keep trying to attach our pics and after we upload all we get is a black window with this at the top " http://forum.pichunter.com/newattachment.php?do=manageattach&p= " The rest of the window is blank if anyone is able to help we would really be thankful.

The link is dead but I'd suspect that your images are too big for uploading. Try using a maximum 1024x1024 jpg image and see if that works.

tried resizing to both 1024 and to 800 still getting the same thing. Any other thoughts?
