I've been getting Brazilians since I was 15. The pain gets less intense the more you do it, and it is really not even "painful" to me at all at this point.

It costs me $85 (plus a tip) to get the Brazilian and my legs done at the same time.

All I will say is that, once you feel how smooth everything is (front and back), I don't see how you could go back to shaving.

finally! a post back!! yeah, i figured once i do it, i'd never go back to shaving, so i better wait until i'm somewhat more financially stable. lol or at least til i know i'm willing to spend that money every time for the brazilian....lol

I used to pay to get brazillians... now i just do it at home- so much easier.

I would recommend going to a salon to get the first few times done-- they can give you how to tips at home.. and suggest products.

Then-- once you feel comfortable you can do it yourself!

I love it. The first time it hurt serious bad, but every time after that there's less hair and you get used to the feeling so it doesn't really hurt too bad.

I hate the first brazilian after I've been hired for hairy fetish and had to grow it all out!

I don't know how a person could do one's wax on one's own. I certainly can't bend that way! Even if I could I don't think I could yank hairs out of my own crotch. It's definitely an activity best done by another person. lol.

i never tried it! but i did heard it hurts like a bitch. i also cannot have the feeling of growing out my pubics too long to have it ripped off. eeek lol
