Hi Andy, There's a serious prob with my new masha real-time full room size 3d projection button and the ms support doesn't answer. :( win xp sp2, nn7.x, ie6.x

now they answered. cool.

after carefully proof of my request they came to the opion, I need technical support of the experts of the ms product support service (pss). they are specilized to the window surface. my prob belongs to the technical function of the windows prog. therefor the pss is competent and the pss would answer my request better and if not they will directly redirect my request to the producer. :jumpie:

If you have hardware in the middle, you dont need crossover cables, just straightforward rj45 at both ends. If they wont connect to each other, but a switch hub and connect to that, or a Multiport NAT Router.

Have you got shared resources on yet ?

in my expiriences the device manager is sometimes not proper and tells bullshit.
delete everything and reinstall step by step. f.expl. when I installed my 3in1 printer, I had to kill the whole sytem, and to take care of the queue of reinstalled hardware-devices, that they run proper.

Im having trouble with memory leaks while running windows 98 on a maxthon Browser. It seems I must reboot after an hour or so all the time because I get error messages saying resources are low.Ive done a major cleanup an finished it off with wipe space but it seems the longer I use the computer the slower it becomes. If this helps Im running my connection on dsl.

@Fruitloops: I'm not really familiar with WIN98 (We have 2005, man!) and I don't know the Maxthon, but it seems to me that something is wrong with your browser cache. Reduce it or get yourself more RAM. Well, just an idea...

As I said, Fruitloops, I am not familiar with any of your software components. But every browser stores the web pages you have been to. Usually you can adjust the memory space that is used to do so somewhere in your browser's settings or options. (Search the menu.)
Hope you find this to be of use, otherwise I recommend you to google for more info. I'm sure you are not the only one dealing with this problem.
BTW: You are definitely not up to date with 128MB of RAM, apart from your operating system...

Not to sound to much like a dumbass but,,, but I bought a new mouse not to long ago and a thin wafer like 3D & 4D card come with it. I put it in the slot. Now, does this enable 3D games such as Mahjongg and etc. Generally when I attempted to play before my curser would jump about and I wouldn't have good direction. Does this card enable the smooth control? I am very careful as to what I do with my PC as they certainly don't come cheap. I run Windows XP Pro. The card is in the slot so I'm gonna give it a shot at one of the 3D games and see what happens! Any remittence would be appreciated. Thanks loads!!!

lol no the problem with the mouse cursor all over the place had nothing to do with the graphics card, its either a software fault, ie the game is fucked, or its the mouse...the graphics cards you recieved, which im asuuming is one but im not sure as to the wafer thin comment or the 4d comment (i always thought the 4th dimension was time, and if your graphics card does that too..well its a miricle lol) all that will do is provide you with a recent version of opengl or direct x and allow you to use larger resolutions at faster rates...the most basica way to explain a grpahics card, is that it calculates what colour each pixel on the screen must be in order for you to see a picture

Thanks Bec!! I have a 2D version of this game and I want the 3D so I might this might fix the prob. I haven't downloaded it yet. I appreciate it buddy!!!! Had my hopes up there for a min.!! Hahaha!! Catch Ya later!!!!
The card says...." 3D/4D Browser Mouse" driver
Browser Driver for
Win 95/98/2000/ME/XP/NT 4.0
If this little info helps let me know. I'll be in and out thru the evening. Thanks again sweetie!!!

Thank you too Silver! Bec, I'll take a pic. of it with my digital tomorrow (Wednesday) and post it here. My tower is not able to burn CD's, but I have a burner I can connect.
I have the card in the slot in the front of my tower. It's a 2003 so it's not too old and it's also not the best on the market, but it covers what I need it for. I don't download music or any stuff like that as I don't want to load it down. I have broadband so I have the speed I need. I'm running XP Pro 2003. .......Until then,,,, I'm using it and I don't know if it's my imagination but my pages seem to come up even quicker. Maybe it's me or they're just not crowded. Nevertheless, I'll get it to ya!! Thanks guys!!!

No hun,,, It says exactly what I put on the previous post. I didn't get a chance to take a quick pic. of it. It says "that" on top, and on the bottem of it is a disc like thing approx. the size of a quarter with a divet in it. It's black and plastic and approx.
3" x 3". It doesn't go where I put in CD Disc's it goes in a smaller slot below. I'll get it to ya. I stay so damn busy working and my side work at home I get a little side tracked. I'll try again tomorrow or the day after.

Hey silver!! Yep. thats it!! See there,, I'm still learning all this comp. jazz. At least my own. Yea, thats what I got. Now, what does this do? The purpose and etc? Does it make anything work any faster?
Bec honey,, you were right darlin'. I've heard of floppy discs but I didn't think that was what it was. I'm glad the pic. got posted as my butt didn't get it on here. I appreciate all the feedback you hunky fellas!!! Kisses babys!!!!

no dont worry about that disk, its a driver, a driver is a piece of software which allows the computer to translate what the mouse is telling it...as your mouse is working fine already there is no need to use the driver disk, just put it somewhere safe incase it needs to be used one day in the future

We'll do honey! Thank you so much fella's!! I may have alot more questions and inquiries in the future. I'm still learning more and more every day. I hooked up my own comp., broadband, printers, and everything, I just go for it and it seems to work. To me, and I'm speaking for myself, my way of learning is I have to just sit down and work it out myself. Same as learning a new city or area, I have to get out by myself and just drive it. Thanks again. I'll be talkin' to ya!!

Ok guys and gals,, who ever has the answers I need. I've heard alot about the "Mozilla" and "Firefox", and I've seen it on the desktops in the NERDS NOOK. I have Internet Explorer.
Can these be downloaded and ALSO used to access the net?
Does it affect I.E. in any way?
Does it move folders, erase bookmarks and etc?
How does it function with I.E.?
Say I click on I.E., then log back, then can I access the internet by clicking on "Mozilla/Firefox?
Help me out with this as I heard it's pretty good to use. Tell me more about it please.
Thanks again!!!

When the pichunter server was physicall relocated there were a few minor data-loss events. Click the user control panel, than (on the left side) there is a link for "List Subscritipons". see if you are still subscribed to threads. Also check, Control Panel, Settings and options. 1/2 way down the page you should see default subscription block. Ensure that is how you want it.

Lemme know if that dosen't work for you.

1. I have no idea how to create an avatarTry posting a request HERE and Kandy will do the business for you, if you want a particular picture in your avatar then put it in your post.

2. I want to send a pic by PM? Any help please?Sending pics by PM isn't possible unfortunately. Try starting a thread in the relevant forum and posting your picture/pictures there.

Hope that helps.

Thats weird Fish......What about Tech Support ?

I'll tell you what's really weird, after failing to instal thirteen times over the last three or four days, despite me deleting the whole .NET framework and reinstalling it, I just tried again and it installed with no problem.

Perhaps it just needed me to be logged into PH :rotfl:

i want to add more photos to a thread i started in a forum but it says i have uploaded the maximum... other people have uploaded like 20 photos on their thread...wats the problem???You can only post 5 photos per post.
All you will need to do is make a new post in the same thread and post the photos in that new post.
