I've never used one, but penis pumps are intended only for a temporary, minor increase in size. Their results are never permanent, and incorrect use can result in some very bad things. I think there's a myth going around of a guy whose dick almost exploded because he left it on his dick for too long. But improper use can lead to damage and possible irreversible impotence.
