I just don't like the ones that are obviously fake. I've seen some that you could almost see the actual implant under the skin. Like there is an indintion in the skin where the implant starts and then there two completely round bowls sitting on top of a chest. Not like they are apart of the body just really fake looking. Just as unattractive IMO are the ones that go way too large and end up with cartoon like breast. DH and I will often comment when a new female with natural breast starts off in porn that we bet within a couple of years she will have a big bad bood job!
