The general concencus among the moderators is that what everyou send via private message is just that PRIVATE.

However if you start a thred that says "PM me for Porn Videos" you thread will be deleated and you may be banned for spamming.

Secondly if we recieve complaints you may also be warned/banned, I.e. you send 200-300 PM to random strangers "spamming" their inbox.
